It takes two
Nutrition matters for both egg and sperm health, yet most fertility advice is aimed at women alone. Eggs and sperm both take around three months to mature, so the months before conception are a valuable time for both of you to focus on nutrition.
That’s why I work with you as a couple. Partners are welcome in every consult, in person or by telehealth.
How I can help
Building key nutrient stores before conception, including folate, iodine, B12, iron and vitamin D
Nutrition support for both partners
Nutrition to support egg and sperm health, including before egg freezing
Tailored supplement plans, with no one-size-fits-all approach
Dietary support for PCOS, endometriosis and insulin resistance
Preparing for IVF with tailored nutrition support
Nutrition support after miscarriage and when planning your next pregnancy
What to expect
Book online. Choose an in-person or telehealth initial consult.
Before we meet. You’ll receive a short intake form. If you have recent blood tests or a semen analysis, bring them along; it’s fine if you don’t.
Your initial consult. This is an in-depth appointment, around 80 minutes on your own or 3 hours as a couple, so there’s time to properly cover both of you. We’ll talk through your history, what you’re currently eating and any supplements you take. You’ll leave with clear, practical priorities.
Review consults. We check in, fine-tune your plan and adjust as things change, including if you move into IVF or pregnancy.
